Your Duties and Obligations:

Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
Maintain high levels of organization across all administrative tasks, ensuring that schedules, records, and documents are up to date and easily accessible.
Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files.
Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external communications.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accountability and trustworthiness.
Proficiency in project management tools and office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
