Become a Technical Support Specialist for Cycl Sales

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join the Cycl Sales team. Cycl Sales is a leading CRM platform built for real estate investors, real estate agents, and business acquisition professionals. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience using our platform while contributing to the success of their businesses.

Your Duties and Obligations:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through support tickets, live chat, and Zoom during office hours.

  • Onboard new clients by guiding them through the setup process and ensuring they are equipped to utilize the platform effectively.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CRM platform, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

  • Document recurring issues and identify opportunities for improving user experience.

  • Record training videos to assist clients in learning how to use the platform effectively.

  • Follow up to ensure client issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

  • Educate users on the features of the Cycl Sales platform and provide proactive tips to maximize their success.

  • Build and Train AI Bots for functional uses of clients and the Cycl Sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, or a related field.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.

  • Ability to explain and coach through complex ideas at a simple level.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or similar tools (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to personal and professional growth.
